Our story
We started Susan's Footwear because we believe footwear shopping should feel effortless. Walk into most stores and you're hit with endless racks, confusing pricing, and trends that change before you've even gotten home. We wanted something different — a focused selection of shoes designed to look good, feel good, and not break the bank.
Our approach
We operate as a direct-ship brand. Our products are stored at our supplier's fulfillment center in the People's Republic of China and shipped directly to customers in the United States. This model lets us keep our prices competitive while offering styles you'll genuinely want to wear.
